Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items can take up to 3 - 4 weeks for the order to be shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
What is our exchange policy?
A request for an exchange, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused for any exchanges. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.
Exchanges can be made for garments equal to the same full price value. Store credit will be issued back to the customer for exchanges based on the price paid for the garment. As a small business we do not offer a refund back to your credit card.
Items purchased during promotional periods (using a discount or promotion code) are not eligible for exchanges. The particular promotion in issue may have additional, more restrictive terms and conditions.
Only authorized returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.
How do I organize an exchange?
If you've met the above requirements, please text us at to complete your exchange. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.
We are not responsible for the shipping cost for these items. You can send it back with carrier of your choice as long as there is proof of a recipe or tracking number.
Exchanges & Store Credits:
If you are unsatisfied with your order, have received faulty merchandise or need to make an exchange please email us at support@peacefulsunday.com with your order number in the subject line. We offer exchanges and store credit only within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not process refunds. No exceptions. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.
Duties and Customs:
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The exception to this is for parcels being sent to Brazil, India, Israel, New Zealand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Although, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
peacefulsunday has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
